April 17, 2019 -- Garden Grove, California.  Garden Grove Kia made their move to their new location last week to 13731 Harbor Blvd, Garden Grove, California 92843.  CPGI represented both the Seller and Garden Grove Kia exclusively in a project that took over a year from initial consultations to closing on the new property.

Garden Grove Kia is currently fully operational.  Their sales, service, and parts departments are all online and the new dealership facility looks sleek and modern.  It's a big change from their former outdated location which was at the corner of Garden Grove Blvd and Brookhurst St.  They were required to relocate due to a new development called The Triangle.  The Brookhurst Triangle development is a multiphase mixed use project with a build out of a minimum of 80,000 square feet and up to 200,000 square feet of commercial/retail space, and a maximum of 600 residential units and a hotel. The master plan for the project includes residential rentals, for-sale condominiums, and affordable housing units. The first phase of this project is being built on the northernmost portion of the site and will feature 180 apartment units, a pool, and a clubhouse.

The property was formerly the site of a used car auto dealership and an RV paint and restoration center.  The lot is over 2.3 acres in size and sits just south of the 22 Freeway along busy Harbor Blvd.
